High power executive Rachel Adams has a problem. Rachel has been photographed in a compromising position, and if the photos get out it will cost her all her money and job. Rachel agrees to meet her blackmailer to get the pictures back. Rachel is scared when she shows up and has no choice but to do whatever he wants. First Rachel is made to strip down to her just her pantyhose, which she does very slowly. Rachel is embarrassed and humiliated as she is made to get on her knees and then put in a cage. Rachel is left alone, scared and embarrassed, when her captor comes back. He agrees to let Rachel out of the cage, but she must follow his instructions. Rachel agrees and is let out of the cage and lays on her stomach. Next, we see that Rachel has been very tightly tied and ball gagged. A frustrated Rachel struggles in her ropes in a futile attempt to escape. Eventually her blackmailer has had enough fun and throws Rachel the photographs. But he does not untie Rachel and as she attempts to get the pictures, she ends up back in the cage. Now locked in the cage again but with her pictures her blackmailer abandoned her to figure out how to escape. Things are not going well for Rachel!
