Description:

One of my renters Dakkota has a regular problem. It seems that every month when the rent is due she doesn't have the funds. I have had enough and I am ready to kick Dakkota out. She tries to sweet talk me into letting her slide again, but I have had enough. She begins to beg again and says she will do anything to not be evicted. I finally agree to let Dakkota stay as long as she plays along with me. She agrees and she finds herself bound and tape gagged. I tell Dakkota that I will be back to check on her in a couple of hours to see if she has earned enough to pay her rent. Dakkota isn't very happy about the agreement and immediately starts to fight and struggle but it is of no use. I return to let Dakkota know that this could be a new arrangement for her to pay her rent. And then leave her to think if she wants to take the deal!
