Description:

My accountant Alena is doing my taxes and has a few questions about some of my expenses. She wants to understand why their rope and ball gags are on the list. I try to explain but she isn’t understanding, so I offer to demonstrate what they are used for. Before Alena is aware of what is happening, she finds herself bound with several feet of rope and gagged with a ball gag on the floor of her office. Having proved my point, I left Alena to finish my taxes. But I forget to untie Alena and leave her helpless and furious. Alena fights the rope, but they don’t give an inch. She kicks off her shoes in hopes it will help in her escape attempt. Once Alena finally manages to escape, I am guessing I will need to find a new accountant.
