My girlfriend Rachel Adams is on a health kick and not only does she want to work out but she wants me to work out with her. That all sounded good but I have no plans of working out with Rachel but I do have plans on how she can get a good workout. Rachel is dressed in a spandex thong leotard and legwarmers and I have Rachel s arms and elbows tied behind her back. Rachel also has her ankles tied crossed in front of her. A ring gag is added an now Rachel is a pissed off drooling mess and I couldn't be happier. Rachel struggles trying to get free but with no luck. I still think Rachel isn't getting a great workout so I add a rope from her chest to her ankles and then leave her to struggle for another hour. I think I am going to like Rachel's new health kick!
