Cheerleader Jayme is sitting on her couch waiting for her squad to show up to go the biggest competition of the year. Jayme hears a knock on the door but it isn't her squad, instead it is the captain of her biggest rival's team Tia. Jayme and Tia quickly get in an argument that turns physical and Tia overpowers Jayme and pins her hands behind her back. Tia has Jayme's hands tied and is proud of her handiwork when she gets surprised from behind by a man sent by another one of their rivals. Now both Jayme and Tia find themselves tightly bound and gagged sitting next to each other on the floor. The two helpless girls are then left, sure to miss the competition. Jayme and Tia start to struggle to get free but refuse to help each other get free. As they struggle they continue their argument and rivalry. It looks like boths girls are going to miss the competition and their only hope of escape is to help each other but that might take a while!
