Jayme works for an airline, and her job is to return lost luggage to customers. Jayme’s attitude is very dismissive, and her customer service skills are lacking. When Jayme shows up at my place with my missing luggage, she rudely throws it on my couch and sneers “we found your luggage” and starts to leave.
